Commercial Wireless Emergency Reporting Systems

A commercial wireless emergency reporting system transmission consists of binary coded words which follow a redundant signaling path from the initiating transmitter to the control panel. In addition to providing an addressable display for the alarm, the panel analyzes the signal and automatically transmits command signals utilizing a redundant path to activate specific repeater relays for remote control functions.

Flowchart for our wireless emergency reporting systems.
(1) FIRE DETECTORS include photoelectric smoke detectors, manual pull stations and heat detectors with internal transmitters. Duct, beam and flame detectors are monitored by fire transmitters for alarm, trouble and loss of power.

(2) FIRE TRANSMITTERS monitor any device with a contact closure such as sprinkler flow and tamper switches, piv, fire pump, etc.

(3) WIRED FIRE ALARM PANELS may be monitored for alarm and trouble by fire transmitters. Individual zone outputs may also be identified. Wired suppression systems may be monitored for alarm and trouble.

(4) ACCIDENT REPORTING consists of manually activated panic transmitters, or transmitters connected to various devices such as chemical shower stations.

(5) EQUIPMENT MONITORING is accomplished by utilizing maintenance transmitters wired to a host of monitoring devices.
